Terms of Service

1. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
• School accounts are provisioned under the authority of the student’s school.

2. Courses, purchases & validity

• Online courses are sold individually or as packages. The price and the access duration (for example 1, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, or lifetime) are shown before you buy.
• Access begins when your payment succeeds and ends when the stated validity period expires. “Lifetime” means for as long as the course remains available on the platform.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
• Refunds: course purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or in case of a genuine, verified technical failure on our side. Contact support and we’ll help.

3. Content & intellectual property

All course videos, notes, questions and other material on WEBNIFY are owned by WEBNIFY or its content partners and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning only. You must not copy, record, screen-capture, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any paid content. Paid videos are encrypted and access-controlled; attempting to bypass these protections is a breach of these terms and may be unlawful.

4. Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or access data that isn’t yours.
• Don’t share your account so others can access paid content they didn’t buy.
• Don’t upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Service availability

We work hard to keep WEBNIFY reliable but provide the service “as is”. We may update, change or temporarily interrupt features for maintenance or improvement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.

6. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your account via our Account & Data Deletion page.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Guwahati, Assam shall have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
