Asiful Hoque

Asiful Hoque is the founder and Managing Director of WEBNIFY CYBROSYS PRIVATE LIMITED — the Guwahati-based company building WEBNIFY, the cloud-based school management software used by Indian schools across CBSE, ICSE and state boards.

Asiful is the chief engineer of the WEBNIFY platform. He owns the multi-tenant architecture, the real-time owner dashboard, the GPS-geofenced staff attendance system, the gamified learning engine (XP, quests, mystery chests, streak tracking), and the APAAR ID + Holistic Progress Card integrations under NEP 2020.

Before WEBNIFY, Asiful built the engineering foundations of the platform across academics, attendance, fees, examinations and parent communication. He still personally signs every customer onboarding and answers founder@webnify.co.in within the hour.

Asiful holds the chief technical and operational responsibility for WEBNIFY. He is based in Guwahati, Assam, and works directly with schools across Northeast India, the Eastern belt, North India, Western India and South India.
