Configure your Tally chart of accounts
Set up ledger groups in Tally — Tuition Fees, Transport Fees, Salaries, Lab Fees, etc.

Map WEBNIFY fee components to Tally ledgers
In WEBNIFY → Accounts → Tally Mapping, pick the Tally ledger for each fee component.

Run a test export
Export the current month's ledger as Tally XML. Open in Tally → Import. Verify entries match.

Optional: schedule the export to auto-run on the 1st of every month and email to the auditor.
